La pronuncia (Trib. Modena 29 dicembre 2025) afferma che a fronte di “contestazioni oltremodo generiche, del tutto inidonee a ingenerare il sospetto della non genuinità della produzione“, sollevate su copie di documenti informatici, “si può ritenere processualmente acclarato che l’oggetto della conversazione controversa sia stato quello raffigurato negli screenshot prodotti“.

The Court ruling (Court of Modena, December 29th, 2025) stated that when are raised against a copy of electronic documents “extremely generic objections, completely unsuitable to generate the suspicion of the non-genuineness of the production“, “it can be considered procedurally established that the object of the disputed conversation was that depicted in the screenshots produced“.
