L’ordinanza ex art. 700 c.p.c. è intervenuta in materia di una fattispecie di concorrenza sleale tra imprese (art. 2598 c.c.), pronunciandosi sulla tutela dei segni distintivi dell’imprenditore assistito dallo Studio, parte di un collegio difensivo, in un particolare settore industriale.

The Ordinance, issued pursuant to Article 700 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, addressed a case of unfair competition between companies (Article 2598 of the Italian Civil Code), ruling on the protection of the distinctive signs of the entrepreneur assisted by the firm, part of a defense team, in a specific industrial sector.
